Board members are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring the support and supervision of staff and volunteers, and the financial management of the organization.

Membership on the board allows you to build leadership and strategic planning skills, participate in committees, and contribute to the success of NEED2 as a positive community organization.
